Every new weapon in Bodycam's Locked & Loaded (v0.8) and how attachments work
BK-101, Rivington, SG9-X, Veaper, CR-75 and the return of the SG5-X, plus attachment categories and which stat each one changes.
Locked & Loaded doesn't just add weapons: it rebuilds every model so each part can be customized. Here are the additions and how to read the new attachment system.
New and returning weapons
| Weapon | Type | Note |
|---|---|---|
| BK-101 | Shotgun | New |
| Rivington | Sniper rifle | New; makes the most of the new magnified optics |
| SG9-X | Machine pistol | New; its basic bundle was fixed in patch #5 |
| Veaper | Machine pistol | New |
| CR-75 | Pistol | New |
| SG5-X | Machine pistol | Returns |
Patch #4 also fixed the SCAR, which was 24% smaller than intended.
What each attachment changes
Each part can modify these stats:
- ADS speed: how fast you aim down sights.
- Switch speed: drawing and holstering.
- Reload speed.
- Horizontal and vertical recoil.
- Spread: bullet accuracy.
- Kick: visual shake when firing.
- Ammo capacity.
Cosmetic attachments are labelled as such, so don't be fooled by parts that only look good.
Categories
- Barrels: short, long and upper barrel.
- Muzzles: suppressor (with per-weapon audio), flash hider and compensator.
- Side rails and optic mounts.
- Optics: iron sights, close, medium and long range, reticles and canted optics, which you toggle with a dedicated action.
- Magazines and triggers.
- Grips.
- Stocks: standard, light and heavy.
- Ammo types and stickers.
Tips to get started
- Don't buy blind. Test every combination at the Lobby firing range, where you're invulnerable.
- Light vs heavy stock: light usually favors mobility and heavy favors control. Always check the stats in the editor.
- Magnified optics: since patch #5 you can preview the reticle in the editor before buying.
- Prices dropped 25-30% in patch #3. If you waited, it's cheaper now. To save time, see the Reissad Points guide.
