One day after Locked & Loaded, Reissad shipped the first v0.8 maintenance patch (September 3, 2026). It fixes several of the most common launch complaints.

Settings and controls

  • Mute button for individual players. This was one of the biggest gaps in the new voice chat.
  • New DLSS Multi Frame Generation setting for supported NVIDIA cards.
  • New Film Grain setting.
  • You can now clear keybinds, and key conflicts are detected more reliably.
  • The tablet no longer swallows inputs meant for gameplay.

Matches and modes

  • Higher score limits: Team Deathmatch goes from 50 to 75 kills, and Deathmatch from 30 to 40.
  • Trenches now appears first in the map list.
  • Gun Game no longer puts too many pistols in its pool.
  • Fixed a client-side Wingman defuse softlock.
  • Bolt-action weapons no longer stop reloading correctly after several full reloads.
  • Removed a camera-correction animation that could block your view.

Performance, audio and maps

  • Better performance for magnified scope capture (the picture-in-picture rendering) and improved Lumen scalability in scope views. If you saw frame drops when aiming down a scope, this is the fix to look for.
  • Better drone audio, and missing music added to the Lobby jukebox.
  • Fewer odd reflections on the Lobby's reinforced glass.
  • If the game can't log in through Steam, it now shows a clear error instead of a black screen.

What the studio said

  • Zombies: temporarily disabled. It will come back "stronger" for an event, with Halloween on the horizon.
  • Playing with friends: a new party system is in development. It will let you invite friends, queue together in every mode and join matches from the server browser. For now, invite friends to your lobby and create a custom match (guide here).
  • Economy: the studio admits progression is "too slow" and promises price changes. They landed in patches #2 and #3.
  • Coming soon: tools against AFK players and team killing, a team-switch option and, above all, anti-cheat, whose integration is "well underway".
